Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within one week of receipt of payment.  

Goods damaged in transit will be replaced upon receipt of photographic evidence showing damage on day of delivery.

Goods that don't arrive will be replaced upon confirmation by the delivery company.

The cost of shipping will be calculated on the information provided by the customer once an order has been emailed through to Glass Temple Ltd.  The cost of shipping will be emailed to the customer. Upon approval, an invoice will be sent to the customer for full payment before goods are despatched. Customers must state their postcode and whether they are Rural Delivery.
