Refund Policy

Glass Temple Ltd will comply with all consumer protection laws regarding the refund of monies provided by the customer.  This includes if goods are not deemed to be as specified on the website.

A refund request must be made within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

Items damaged during shipping will be replaced with an equivalent item if available, otherwise refunded in full. 

We will not be responsible for issuing a refund if the delivery of goods is delayed through no fault of Glass Temple Ltd.

We will not be responsible for issuing a refund if goods are not delivered due to inaccurate delivery details supplied by the customer.

No refunds will be given if the customer changes their mind after payment has been processed.
